Prudent Reserve
The prudent reserve for A Serenity Place is one year's expenses [$400USD]. Funds in bank account in excess of expenses and prudent reserve will be disbursed to the Al-Anon World Service Office on a quarterly basis.
Reporting
A brief financial statement will be posted periodically.
Each donation is identified by date, amount and the postal code of the donor. This protects the anonymity of the member while providing our members with a means of verifying their donation.
