shows water just barely reaches the manhole at this level

Manhole cover is stuck in place, probably from vegetation growing in the upper portions of the manhole on the south and west sides.

Culvert on left is from the east--possibly from the ditch on the south side of Washington St.

There appears to be another smaller culvert on the right side (west) side of manhole
